Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day technical execution and delivery coordination for the Setlist.fm platform, including feature development and bug resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external development teams, managing priorities and clarifying technical requirements.
• Translate product and business requirements into well-scoped technical tasks, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate and manage technical vendors and contractors across initiatives such as data infrastructure and web development.
• Maintain visibility into timelines, risks, and dependencies, proactively flagging issues to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen delivery practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar delivery-focused role for consumer-facing web platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of modern web technologies and software delivery lifecycles.
• Proven experience managing execution through external engineering teams, agencies, or vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex product requirements into structured technical execution plans.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with web-focused technologies such as Python or JavaScript/front-end frameworks.
• A passion for live music and the concert experience.
