Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead technical program execution from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer stakeholders on programmatic and technical matters
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software, systems, radar engineering, product management, and data science
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and resource forecasts
• Manage technical risks, issues, and dependencies while driving mitigation strategies
• Facilitate technical reviews, design reviews, and customer briefings
• Support radar architecture development, performance assessment, and sensor validation
• Collaborate with business development to support proposals and technical solution development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace, Physics, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 7+ years of experience managing technical programs, engineering projects, or complex technology initiatives
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in software, systems, aerospace, or defense environments
• Strong understanding of systems engineering, software development lifecycles, and program management methodologies
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD, U.S. Space Force, Intelligence Community, or NASA customers
• Familiarity with Space Domain Awareness (SDA), radar systems, or space operations
• Experience managing software-intensive or data-intensive mission systems
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification
• Experience with cloud-based architectures and modern software delivery practices
• Active U.S. security clearance
• Master's degree in a related technical or business discipline
