Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure Delivery – Network and Data Center

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data center construction and network projects to support global growth.
• Develop and implement long-term strategies for data center construction and network build projects.
• Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage high-stakes vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Coordinate tenant fit-out and LV integration with design, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
• Conduct regular project site visits to ensure schedule adherence, coordination, and quality.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
• Proven expertise in Data Center Infrastructure Construction.
• Strong knowledge of Data Center Operations.
• Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in budget management and resource optimization.
