Technical Program Manager - Implementation

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale initiatives by creating roadmaps, defining milestones, and tracking progress across multiple teams.
• Act as the primary bridge between Operations and EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) teams to translate customer implementation needs into technical requirements.
• Manage complex interdependencies between core infrastructure and customer-facing workflows to ensure seamless platform updates.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and operational bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
• Provide clear, concise updates to leadership regarding program health, resource allocation, and core KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a similar role.
• Technical fluency in APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Linear, or Asana.
• Experience using documentation software like Confluence or Notion.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical updates for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from inception to launch.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Ability to influence teams and navigate shifting priorities in a high-growth setting.
