Technical Program Manager II

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of development and operational initiatives across accounts, authentication, and notifications backend services in a cloud environment
• Manage delivery schedules and timelines across multiple products and teams
• Collaborate with SRE teams specializing in platform hosting, Kubernetes, CICD, and data services
• Identify and solve complex problems to drive informed decisions
• Bridge the gap between engineering and business by translating complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
• Advocate for SRE tenets including availability, resiliency, observability, and automation
• Conduct and present root cause analysis documents to share incident insights

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical subject
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management in an agile environment
• 5+ years of hands-on cloud experience integrating and managing applications
• 5+ years of experience in a global or critical production software environment
• 5+ years of experience or exposure to software engineering (Java, React, etc.)
• Experience managing cross-functional dependencies and release schedules
• Experience with container technologies and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS)
• Experience with observability tools (DataDog, CloudWatch, Splunk)
