Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for the Data Pipelines Platform in collaboration with leadership
• Translate vision into a structured, value-driven product backlog focused on scalability and reliability
• Craft clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria and success metrics
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to design platform capabilities aligned with long-term strategy
• Define and track key product health metrics including uptime, throughput, and SLA adherence
• Triage bugs and feature requests to assess impact and inform prioritization
• Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to ensure customer insights drive product direction
• Develop enablement materials such as release notes and internal walkthroughs to support go-to-market efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field
• 5–8 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Experience managing platform or infrastructure products within B2B startups
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools or modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Glue)
• Familiarity with data integration, APIs, connectors, and streaming/real-time data pipelines
• Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira, Aha!, or Linear
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and making data-informed decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a data-intensive environment
• Technical background as an engineer-turned-Product Manager
• MBA from a Tier-1 institute
