Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own major subsystems, projects, and programs to drive product improvements
• Develop and maintain project plans and manage critical paths
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
• Implement engineering processes including Design Reviews, DFMEA, CAE, and DVPRs
• Lead weekly Product Development Team meetings and resolve engineering concerns via Root Cause Analysis
• Oversee change control processes and product improvement initiatives
• Support budget forecasting and resource planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in a technical or management role
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Experience with SmartSheets or MS Project
• Strong project management skills and ownership mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience
• Startup experience
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira or CAD
• Knowledge of EV powertrains, ADAS, or vehicle hardware integration
