Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects with global partners to implement card-level and server-level AI solutions
• Act as a liaison between internal engineering teams and external hardware partners
• Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Facilitate regular project meetings, document discussions, and provide stakeholder updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges during execution
• Support the development of documentation for product integration and deployment
• Represent the company in discussions with external partners and customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluency in English for regular meetings with global partners
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of electronics or computer systems

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical program or partner management
• Experience with hardware or system-level solutions like servers or AI accelerators
• Familiarity with server manufacturing or integration processes
• Ability to manage projects using structured methodologies and tools
