Technical Program Manager

About the Company

Forward is transforming how the world’s most complex networks are managed and secured. Founded in 2013 by four Stanford Ph.D.s, we built the industry’s first network digital twin, a mathematically precise model of the production network that gives IT teams unmatched visibility, verification, and agility across every major cloud and vendor environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SDLC coordination from product definition through production deployment
• Map dependencies, manage release cadence, and identify risks
• Drive cross-functional programs spanning engineering, product, and technical field teams
• Manage internal engineering communications, including status reporting and executive updates
• Design lightweight processes to align teams without adding bureaucracy
• Identify automation opportunities and leverage AI for status tracking and dependency analysis

Requirements

• Track record running multi-team SaaS releases and complex engineering programs
• Technical depth to evaluate realistic timelines and technical constraints
• Ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Experience building and implementing lightweight processes
• Strong ability to manage scope, timelines, and escalations
