Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve the TPM framework to ensure rapid and high-quality product shipping
• Define and drive strategy, master planning, and execution for complex hardware products from concept through production
• Act as the primary interface between global headquarters, local China teams, and suppliers
• Own project budgets and headcount planning, while optimizing product cost models to meet targets
• Serve as a critical link between project teams and leadership, providing updates on progress and managing project risks
• Partner with R&D and manufacturing leadership to monitor progress and proactively resolve technical or operational issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, specifically within hardware product development
• Deep understanding of the hardware product development lifecycle and technical problem-solving
• Proven experience in project cost modeling and financial tracking
• Fluent English verbal and written communication skills (non-negotiable)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams

• Background in R&D
• Experience creating and implementing program management tools, scheduling, and risk management processes
• Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
• Experience working in rapidly-growing startup environments
