About the role

Responsibilities

  • Organize, plan, and direct program schedules and budgets to ensure production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met.
  • Oversee all interdepartmental activities to ensure adherence to product development timelines and delivery requirements.
  • Manage the coordination of product lifecycle activities while maintaining P&L responsibility and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary communication channel for customers and serve as the escalation point for any customer issues.
  • Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results to ensure program health.
  • Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of the program, including the recruitment or assignment of personnel.
  • Review program proposals to resolve timeframes, funding requirements, and resource allotment.

Requirements

  • BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing, including PCBA, SMT, and system integration processes.
  • Engineering background with the ability to interpret technical specifications, BOMs, and design documentation.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex programs and cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Advanced data analysis skills using Excel and Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) management and cost optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
  • Knowledge of hardware development cycles, firmware/software integration, and test processes.
