Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale technical programs for the Clover POS platform from inception through delivery
• Create and manage integrated program plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation
• Assess, manage, and communicate program risks, issues, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
• Establish and improve program governance structures to ensure delivery on time and within budget
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor program health
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align expectations and drive execution
• Mentor other project managers by sharing best practices and delivery standards

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in a product or engineering-focused environment
• Proven experience in payments, financial services, or SaaS platforms
• Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams
• Strong skills in program planning, risk management, and dependency management
• Experience using quantitative metrics and KPIs to inform decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with POS platforms, payment processing, or large-scale cloud-based systems
• Background in Agile or scaled Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)
• Experience managing external partners, vendors, or third-party developers via APIs
