Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to defined scope, budget, and timelines
• Oversee cross-functional coordination across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and quality
• Develop comprehensive project plans and proactively manage program risks
• Engage with internal teams, customers, and manufacturing partners to ensure alignment
• Define customer requirements and drive resolution of open gaps to ensure satisfaction
• Evaluate and execute post-sale change requests while balancing scope, risk, and cost
• Track and report on program performance using metrics such as cost, time, quality, and risk
• Identify and drive tactical and strategic improvements to enhance operational effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in technical project or program management in manufacturing
• Proven track record managing programs through NPD and Mass Manufacturing
• Hands-on experience managing suppliers, manufacturers, and external stakeholders
• Deep experience with CNC Machining
• Solid understanding of quality systems, PPAP, and supply chain management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Composite and Sheet Metal Fabrication processes
• Knowledge of logistics, sourcing, and finance related to project execution
