Technical Program Manager, Facility Operations

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of the Operations Training Program, including curriculum design and competency frameworks
• Convert technical documentation (SOPs, MOPs, EOPs) into structured training content and hands-on exercises
• Manage site Planned Maintenance (PM) program governance and oversee MOP/EOP/AOP programs
• Lead change management for infrastructure modifications and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in critical facilities or data center operations with 3 years in training or operations leadership
• Deep technical knowledge of power, cooling, controls, and life safety systems
• Proven track record of building operations training programs and managing LMS/TMS platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• ATD, Uptime Institute, or CDCP certifications
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
• Background as a field operator or technician in hyperscale or colocation environments
