Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex hardware and autonomy programs from concept to production
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts, managing build plans and transfer to contract manufacturing
• Coordinate design, manufacturing, validation, and supplier execution across internal and external teams
• Define and track program timelines, critical paths, and risk mitigation strategies
• Partner with engineering leads to align technical decisions with schedule and manufacturing constraints
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to engineering and executive stakeholders
• Build robust manufacturing plans including DFM/DFA alignment and supply chain readiness

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in hardware program management
• Proven track record delivering complex electromechanical or robotics systems into production
• Deep understanding of hardware product development processes (PLM, PDP, NPI)
• Hands-on experience working with contract manufacturers for high-volume production
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes like PCBA (SMT), injection molding, and die casting
• Technical fluency across ME, EE, firmware, and controls domains
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in robotics, aerospace, or autonomy-focused product development
• Familiarity with embedded software lifecycles and firmware-hardware integration
• Experience coordinating high-reliability or safety-critical system manufacturing
