Technical Program Manager, Design & Engineering

Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive-scale compute infrastructure for AI. The company acquires power, designs and builds data centers, and operates them with teams spanning hardware and software to support the frontier of AI development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management of concurrent data center design and solution-delivery programs from initiation through construction-ready handoff
• Build and maintain integrated master schedules across architectural, structural, MEP, civil, technology, and specialty design disciplines
• Establish program governance including milestone gates, design review cadences, change control, and decision logs
• Develop templates, standard programs, playbooks, and systems to optimize engineering focus
• Identify risks, interdependencies, and blockers proactively to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

• Experience running technical program management for complex design or construction programs
• Proven ability to build and manage integrated master schedules across multiple design disciplines
• Experience establishing program governance that ensures accountability without excessive bureaucracy
• Ability to build playbooks, templates, and systems that accelerate technical teams
• Strong risk management and dependency resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data center or mission-critical design programs
• PMP or PgMP certification
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Experience as an owner-side design and engineering PM
