Technical Program Manager, Deployments

Fluidstack is focused on delivering civilization-scale compute infrastructure for AI. The company acquires power, designs and builds data centers, and operates them with teams spanning hardware and software to accelerate the deployment of frontier compute.

Responsibilities

• Own program delivery for data hall and AI cluster activation from planning through operational handoff
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including construction, infrastructure, network, hardware, ICT, and commissioning
• Translate hyperscale AI/GPU and DLC infrastructure requirements into actionable deployment plans
• Manage and hold accountable vendors, integration contractors, and third-party service providers
• Develop executive-level program status briefings regarding schedule health, risks, and escalations
• Maintain program artifacts such as schedules, RACI matrices, risk registers, and deployment runbooks
• Identify and drive process improvements to scale across concurrent builds

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex data center physical infrastructure programs
• Deep understanding of AI/GPU infrastructure, including power density, cooling, and networking
• Proven experience bridging construction handover and cluster deployment
• Ability to lead through influence and manage vendor/contractor relationships
• Experience managing programs across multiple concurrent sites or regions
• Ability to travel to data center locations up to 60% of the time
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• DCD, PMP, CDCPM, CDCMP, CDCP, or DCDC certifications
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Experience with JIRA or Smartsheet
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and deployment tools
• Experience managing BPO or contract labor pools during large-scale hardware deployment
• Background in large-scale material coordination or logistics management
