Technical Program Manager, Data Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Partner with researchers to scope data needs, define success criteria, and translate priorities into execution plans
• Identify, evaluate, and advance high-impact data opportunities balancing research value and feasibility
• Build lightweight systems and visibility using SQL, Python, and dashboards to track performance and quality
• Drive technical roadmaps by collaborating with engineers to enhance data platforms and ensure security best practices
• Scale impact by equipping vendors and internal teams with necessary context and operating rhythms

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for analyzing datasets and querying databases
• Experience using APIs, automation, and AI tools to accelerate workflows
• Experience sourcing, evaluating, or working with startups, founders, and vendors
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and move work forward in unclear environments
• High capacity for context switching and managing multiple projects simultaneously
