Responsibilities

• Own the success of strategic customer deployments from initial planning through organization-wide rollout
• Act as the quarterback across customer stakeholders and Cursor teams to drive alignment and execution
• Turn ambiguity into clear plans and identify risks before they become problems
• Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders, executives, and technical teams
• Create playbooks, processes, and the operating model for scaling enterprise deployments
• Bring customer feedback directly into Product and Engineering to shape the future of Cursor

Requirements

• Experience leading large, cross-functional technical projects with significant stakeholder complexity
• Strong customer-facing skills with a track record of building trust with senior leaders
• Ability to understand technical systems and communicate effectively with engineers
• Experience with enterprise software deployments, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or program management
• Background working with developer tools, infrastructure, AI products, or technical platforms
• Experience partnering with large engineering organizations and executive stakeholders
• Previous experience at a high-growth startup
