About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, large-scale projects focused on advancing language model scaling and integrating new AI hardware into core infrastructure.
- Collaborate across engineering, hardware, data center, research, and product teams to design and scale foundational systems.
- Drive the end-to-end integration of new AI hardware and core infrastructure stacks from design validation to production deployment.
- Establish and lead effective program teams to ensure alignment and achieve common objectives.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, mitigate risks, and adjust scope, timeline, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Create communication strategies to proactively share program status, challenges, and risks with stakeholders.
- Establish and track key metrics, quality benchmarks, and performance indicators to drive accountability.
- Lead process improvements and streamline workflows through automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, hardware engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management.
- Knowledge of software and hardware development for large-scale hardware readiness and end-to-end product development.
- Experience scaling distributed systems and working with large-scale infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM) and machine learning.
- Proven ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems in large-scale systems, including root cause analysis and capacity planning.
- Experience communicating complex technical investments to executive-level leadership and multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development, such as prompt/context engineering or agent orchestration.
- Experience implementing responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk assessment and bias mitigation.
- Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable efficiency gains.
