Technical Program Manager Co-op

Responsibilities

• Support the tracking and follow-through of decisions and action items from vendor meetings
• Monitor daily CRAID updates and proactively communicate emerging issues and risks to key stakeholders
• Maintain and evolve program documentation in Confluence and SharePoint to communicate workflows and processes
• Develop and maintain dashboards to provide clear, timely visibility into program status for diverse stakeholder audiences
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive timely issue resolution

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from Drexel University with a cooperative learning track
• Available for a 6-month co-op starting September 2026
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs
• Ability to report in-person to the Philadelphia, PA office

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Confluence, Excel, SmartSheet, or PowerPoint
• Background in Engineering, Software Development, Project Management, or Program Management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
