Technical Program Manager (Cloud Transformation)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery for large-scale cloud modernization and transformation initiatives
• Own program planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and budgeting
• Build and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency frameworks
• Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, cybersecurity, and leadership teams
• Communicate program status, risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership through dashboards and executive briefings
• Translate business objectives into data-driven technical solutions and track KPIs such as cost savings and velocity
• Mentor matrixed teams on program management best practices and execution discipline

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management across cross-functional teams
• 4+ years of experience leading cloud transformation or modernization initiatives
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale technical programs from concept to completion
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and system architecture
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks
• Experience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or MS Project

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with System Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles
• Ability to convert complex technical concepts into clear requirements and deliverables
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track performance metrics
