Technical Program Manager, Cell Product

Responsibilities

• Directly engage with US OEM customers to drive and coordinate cell development and manufacturing
• Manage projects from conception to production handover as the main point of contact
• Develop detailed manufacturing program plans including strategy, scope, schedule, resources, and cost targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing programs with objectives
• Create, maintain, and communicate project schedules to engineering leadership
• Identify innovative solutions to overcome project obstacles and maintain schedule adherence
• Prioritize and track progress of cross-functional tasks, balancing risk, resources, and outcomes

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Extensive knowledge and industry experience in lithium-ion battery cell technology
• Minimum of 5 years in product development or manufacturing
• Experience in both engineering and project management roles
• Demonstrated ability to manage engineering projects for mass-produced products
• Proficiency in JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Confluence
• Ability to work effectively across functions and manage large teams
• Willingness to travel as required
