Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of complex, cross-functional programs and projects
• Design, implement, and optimize processes to streamline workflows and reduce friction
• Track and stabilize projects while removing roadblocks
• Anticipate internal and external customer needs
• Ensure seamless integration of technologies across platforms
• Communicate proactively to resolve potential risks or issues

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in program management or equivalent field
• 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with minimal oversight
• Expertise in process optimization and workflow implementation
• Strong technical understanding to engage with engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting consumer products
• Prior experience supporting government or defense products
• Prior experience in a startup environment
