Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of complex, cross-functional programs and projects
- Design, implement, and optimize processes to streamline workflows and reduce friction
- Track and stabilize projects while removing roadblocks
- Anticipate internal and external customer needs
- Ensure seamless integration of technologies across platforms
- Communicate proactively to resolve potential risks or issues
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in program management or equivalent field
- 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with minimal oversight
- Expertise in process optimization and workflow implementation
- Strong technical understanding to engage with engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting consumer products
- Prior experience supporting government or defense products
- Prior experience in a startup environment
