Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead BRD and FSD development, translating business requirements into technical specifications for AI operations hubs, data pipelines, and endpoints.
• Define full data pipeline and integration architecture, including connector specifications, MCP server configurations, and REST API/webhook endpoint designs.
• Own requirements for on-demand chart generation, executive view layer design, and AI-generated insights for operational dashboards.
• Lead UAT and BAT planning and execution, managing defect logs, resolution workflows, and client sign-off for all release cycles.
• Manage the post-delivery incremental release backlog and maintain a prioritized roadmap in alignment with client rhythms.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and blockers across all workstreams.
• Schedule and manage governance meetings, maintain program risk registers, and manage version control for all technical documentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical project management, data engineering program management, or enterprise systems delivery.
• Proven experience authoring Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for complex AI/BI or enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of data pipeline architecture, connector integration patterns, API specifications, and data normalization.
• Experience leading UAT and BAT cycles for platform releases in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with project management and backlog tools to maintain integrated plans across concurrent workstreams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI platform deployment projects involving RAG knowledge bases or Agent-Assist tooling.
• Background in SAP ecosystem integrations (SD, QM, CRM, BW) and understanding of ECC vs. S/4HANA complexity.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) server architecture and AI agent real-time data access design.
• Experience designing executive-layer analytics, including KPI definitions and automated insight narratives.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management credentials.
