Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Stand up and run program management by defining milestones, owning timelines, and managing sprint/roadmap execution
• Manage Tier-1 and Tier-2 supplier relationships and hold partners accountable to schedule and quality
• Serve as the primary customer contact for EMEA OEMs, translating requirements into engineering work
• Coordinate across internal and external teams to align technical roadmaps and unblock dependencies
• Drive problem-solving and decision-making across multiple teams and sites

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management or engineering within the automotive industry
• Experience at an OEM or Tier-1 supplier
• Proven supplier management experience
• Strong customer-facing presence with executive stakeholders
• Technical depth in embedded systems, middleware, or ADAS
• Ability to set up program structures from scratch
• Based in Stuttgart or open to relocation
• Fluent in German and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Familiarity with ASPICE, ISO 26262, or AUTOSAR
• Background in series production programs or SDS/ADAS platform delivery
