Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute projects as the single point of contact, tracking progress and ensuring successful completion of milestones and deliverables
• Engage customers continuously to understand pain points and identify new project engagement areas
• Provide regular updates to internal teams regarding customer use cases and software gaps
• Evaluate project timings and adjust resource needs based on customer requirements
• Lead pursuits from RFQ release and create detailed technical proposals by engaging subject matter experts

Requirements

• US citizenship with ability to obtain a security clearance
• 3+ years of industry experience leveraging data and technical knowledge for software programs
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Data engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Familiarity with the DOD autonomy ecosystem
• Hands-on experience managing complex projects
• Ability to travel to customer sites (25%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
• Experience working directly with DOD clients on software use cases
• Familiarity with data management and simulation providers
• Hands-on experience with data or simulation software used for autonomy
• Knowledge of software and hardware development/testing, including high-performance computing and realtime test systems
