Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the company-wide release process to ensure high quality and on-time releases
• Manage tracking and planning of customer requests and collaborate with engineering teams
• Track outstanding QA issues and partner with the QA team for resolution
• Maintain engineering productivity by planning requirements, identifying risks, and managing deliverable calendars
• Work directly with major OEM autonomy customers to understand use cases and workflows
• Collaborate with product teams on short-term and long-term planning based on the product roadmap
• Automate engineering processes through scripting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
• 2 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager within an autonomous vehicle company
• Proficiency using JIRA, GitHub, Lucidcharts, and Smartsheets
