Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex application development to enhance Anyscale's core product platform.
• Work closely with software development and product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and develop schedules to ensure timely milestone completion.
• Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and manage escalations to balance business needs against technical constraints.
• Manage project prioritization, planning, and tracking of external commitments.
• Contribute to the organization's technical culture by highlighting and implementing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical work experience.
• 5+ years of technical work experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing Machine Learning projects and platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with leading commercial cloud provider platforms.
• Practical software development experience with the ability to build and assess systems/platforms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to share work effectively through writing and speaking.
• Proven track record of shipping software on time within a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
