About the role

Responsibilities

  • Track products across the full lifecycle from R&D concept through EVT, DVT, PVT, and production transfer
  • Create and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRD) and Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Translate customer requirements into internal performance targets and CTQ parameters
  • Monitor technical progress and identify gaps between R&D and Engineering
  • Interpret lithium-ion cell characterization and test data to assess performance and safety
  • Own program schedules, milestone tracking, and risk registers for NPI programs
  • Manage milestone gate execution through to PPAP completion
  • Prepare and deliver regular program status updates and technical reports to customers and leadership
  • Maintain technical alignment with contract manufacturers and suppliers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related technical field
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in hardware or manufacturing
  • Experience managing NPI or product qualification programs
  • Experience working directly with contract manufacturers and suppliers
  • Working knowledge of lithium-ion cell testing (electrochemical characterization, cycle life, safety testing)
  • Familiarity with lithium-ion cell manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Asana or Microsoft Project
  • Korean language fluency is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Background in battery, electrochemical device, or energy storage development
  • Familiarity with PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, and AS9100 or ISO 9001 frameworks
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or electric aviation programs
