Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive complex cross-functional programs end-to-end, spanning Engineering, Product, and leadership.
• Support the ASK agentic platform by enhancing clarity, direction, and scope for embedded teams.
• Partner with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and Engineers to align priorities and deliver high-quality projects on time.
• Dive into PRDs and technical designs to identify and mitigate dependencies and risks early.
• Influence organizational ways-of-working and contribute to the growth of the TPM function.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or an adjacent technical role.
• Ability to read code and challenge technical designs.
• Knowledge of modern AI building blocks, including LLMs, agents, evals, RAG, or orchestration.
• Proven experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technical environments.
• Strong ability to influence without authority and communicate clearly across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with agentic systems or AI platforms.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS environments.
• A background in engineering or technical product management.
