Technical Program Manager, AI Platform

Responsibilities

• Drive the compute fleet scale-up program, including fleet management upgrades and governance policies
• Lead unified storage strategy balancing cost, compliance, and researcher workflows
• Build a systematic cluster utilization program by defining metrics and observability requirements
• Own ML software platform vendor partnerships and manage relationships
• Establish a data-driven researcher support and user experience program
• Define and build the evaluation leaderboard program for researchers
• Maintain structured working relationships and track cross-team programs across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of program or project management experience in technology, infrastructure, or platform engineering
• Proven experience leading multi-workstream platform or infrastructure programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical and operational roadmaps
• Track record of driving accountability across engineering, research, and vendor stakeholders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-quality documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in AI/ML research, infrastructure, or platform organizations
• Familiarity with compute infrastructure, storage architecture, or cluster utilization
• Experience managing strategic vendor relationships and measuring ROI
• Experience standing up support or UX programs in technical environments
