Technical Program Manager - AI

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of data-driven solutions and machine learning models for the mobility industry.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Data Engineers.
• Implement feature selection and extraction methods to improve model interpretability and performance.
• Build and optimize supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and domain experts to define business requirements and integrate AI modules.
• Assess data quality and model outputs using appropriate evaluation metrics and testing practices.
• Communicate technical insights and project progress through detailed reports and explanatory materials.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with specialized training in Data Science/ML.
• 12+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Proven experience in team management and leading technical professionals.
• Expert proficiency in Python programming and the Python data science stack.
• Strong understanding of modern statistics, including time-series, signal processing, text mining, or image processing.
• Hands-on experience with the LLM ecosystem and generative AI algorithms.
• Proficiency in a Linux environment, including shell scripting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in PHM (Prognostics and Health Management) or predictive maintenance.
• Knowledge of traffic modelling, NLP, video analytics, or sequence mining.
• Familiarity with Git and release management processes.
