Technical Program Lead

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical integrity across architecture, requirements, integration, validation and acceptance
• Ensure coherent solutions across teams, systems, suppliers and delivery phases
• Act as technical advisor to customers and translate needs into solution designs, roadmaps and pilots
• Drive key technical decisions and trade-offs across scope, timeline, quality, performance and risk
• Ensure alignment across software, infrastructure, networks, data flows and security
• Identify, document and mitigate technical risks, assumptions and cross-project dependencies

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software, communications technology, systems engineering or system integration
• Previous experience in senior technical roles such as Chief Engineer, Principal Engineer, or System Architect
• Proven track record of owning technical direction and system-level decisions across complex programs
• Experience translating customer needs into technical solutions and roadmaps
• Experience working with system integration, suppliers, and external partners
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Fluency in English
