Technical Program Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of technical programs, managing timelines and cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, and client success teams.
• Lead technical client onboarding, including API integrations, portal setups, and UAT coordination.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for clients to ensure issues are resolved within SLA.
• Identify and automate repetitive operational workflows such as invoicing, reporting, and documentation generation.
• Develop and maintain standardized commercial documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs) and pricing frameworks.
• Lead or contribute to B2B RFP and proposal submissions under compressed timelines.
• Coordinate InfoSec and compliance reviews to streamline the onboarding process for new clients.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in technical program management, solutions consulting, or fintech operations.
• Proven experience with API integrations or coordinating complex technical implementations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, financial models, and process design.
• Experience supporting or owning RFP/proposal submissions in a B2B environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for professional client-facing documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to fintech, digital lending, banking, or financial services ecosystems.
• Prior experience working with GCC-based banks or financial institutions.
• Proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken) for localization and partnership outreach.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Python scripts, Excel macros, or workflow automation platforms.
