ReStart – Women in Tech Accelerator is an 8-week, application-based return-to-work program designed for early to mid-level women in tech re-entering the workforce after a career break. The program is delivered by Saira in strategic collaboration with AnitaB.org India.
Responsibilities
- Participate in an 8-week structured accelerator program
- Engage in applied AI capability-building and technical skill refreshes
- Attend a 2-day in-person workshop in Bengaluru for a Capstone Showcase
- Engage with industry mentors and professionals to navigate career re-entry
