About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily production process from cleaning and refining to finished oat kernels or flour
- Plan daily production and start up processes including machine setup and adjustment
- Perform simple maintenance on machines, tools, and equipment
- Conduct final quality controls through analysis
- Report production outcomes and deviations
- Receive grain deliveries
- Maintain food safety and hygiene through daily cleaning routines
- Participate in on-call duties if required
Requirements
- Upper secondary education from a practical program, preferably within nature or agriculture
- Good technical and mechanical knowledge through education or work experience
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work hands-on in a production environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and flexible mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Education from a relevant vocational college
- Practical technical training and interest
- Experience within the process industry
