Technical Production Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance team in a two-shift operation
• Organize and moderate daily start-of-shift meetings
• Plan, control, and monitor preventive maintenance measures
• Ensure technical availability of production plants, large kitchen equipment, and building systems
• Coordinate fault rectification, repairs, and technical optimization
• Collaborate with production, quality, operations, and external service providers
• Analyze and monitor KPIs regarding plant availability and maintenance performance
• Identify improvement potentials and implement efficiency measures
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety, environmental, and quality standards

Requirements

• Completed technical training (e.g., Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration, or Supply Technology)
• Ideally further training as a Master Craftsman, Technician, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in maintenance within production, food, or industrial sectors
• Experience in technical or disciplinary leadership of technical teams
• Knowledge of refrigeration, climate technology, and large kitchen equipment is an advantage
• Experience in preventive maintenance and handling technical KPIs
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system and occasional weekend shifts
