About the role
Responsibilities
- Negotiate long-term bulk and right-of-entry agreements with property owners, managers, attorneys, and developers
- Support the MDU Growth team in expanding Xfinity services across multifamily properties
- Manage contract renewals, documentation accuracy, and critical dates for timely execution
- Coordinate with sales, operations, engineering, and other teams to move orders through completion
- Identify risks, issues, and process gaps, and help develop mitigation plans
- Review sales contracts and validate service orders with customers
- Support process improvements, compliance, and rollout of new tools or procedures
- Maintain consistent attendance and work variable schedules, including nights and weekends as needed
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong negotiation and solutions selling skills
- Project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment and discretion
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with multifamily or real estate accounts
- Familiarity with contract administration and sales operations
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
