About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to sales teams and customers during product selection and implementation
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to product performance or application
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to internal teams and customers
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address product-related inquiries and improve customer outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, technical solutions, and product updates
- Support the development of training materials and resources for internal teams and customers
Requirements
- Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Ability to perform product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Strong skills in technical documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Proven ability in customer interaction and collaboration
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, though relevant experience or coursework combinations will be considered
