Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and design to define product requirements, write specs, and prioritize features
- Lead planning and execution across product and engineering initiatives to ensure alignment on goals and timelines
- Drive agile methodologies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog refinement
- Maintain ticket and task hygiene to ensure work is actionable and well-documented
- Monitor project health, identify risks, and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership
- Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into progress, velocity, and product outcomes
- Interface with technical complexity including system architecture, API dependencies, and infrastructure constraints
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management or technical program management
- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
- Strong command of agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
- Technical familiarity with APIs, mobile app development, data pipelines, and DevOps
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Linear
- Experience shipping mobile products for iOS and/or Android
- Analytical mindset with experience building data dashboards
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in high-growth startups (Series A–C)
- Experience with eCommerce or consumer financial products
- Familiarity with AI-powered features or data-driven personalization
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a quantitative field
- Experience with localization or international market launches
