Technical Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing competitive monitoring across product launches, pricing, and messaging
• Build AI-assisted workflows to aggregate signals from websites, changelogs, and reviews
• Distill findings into sharp insights for positioning and sales strategy
• Maintain and evolve battlecards and competitive briefs
• Partner with sales to translate positioning into practical talk tracks and objection-handling frameworks
• Participate in deal reviews to understand competitive dynamics in real conversations
• Design repeatable AI-assisted research workflows using automation and agents
• Track adoption and effectiveness of competitive materials across the sales organization

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, sales, competitive intelligence, or strategy
• Strong writing skills with the ability to distill complex information
• Ability to read and reason about code, APIs, and technical documentation
• Structured thinker with strong synthesis skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales teams
• Comfortable using AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor in daily workflows
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Data/ML, AI, or developer-focused products
• Familiarity with building automation or AI-assisted workflows
• Exposure to competitive intelligence programs in high-growth companies
• Experience supporting live deals through positioning and objection handling
• Interest in buyer psychology and decision-making dynamics
• Exposure to coding or building technical side projects
