Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the shepherd for living requirements for core trucks, facilitating trade-offs between engineering findings and product drafts
• Manage the engineering backlog using technical project management tools to ensure high-velocity execution
• Lead vehicles through field trials and translate early adopter signals into actionable engineering tickets
• Oversee production uptime and resolve critical field issues for existing deployments

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical product management
• Experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or complex hardware-software integrated products
• Strong background in managing technical trade-off discussions and hardware/software integration
• Exceptional skills in backlog grooming and project management
• Ability to translate field signals and customer feedback into prioritized technical requirements
