Technical Product Manager, Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for technical products, managing the entire life cycle from planning to execution.
• Provide technical product management expertise to improve product results and participate in the design of technical solutions.
• Coach technical product teams on best practices and ensure effective communication and customer outreach.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues and drive necessary escalations.
• Define and analyze technical markets, developing detailed product features, requirements, and implementation plans.
• Conduct market research and qualitative/quantitative analysis to identify innovation opportunities and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product functions and support development execution.
• Participate in engineering practices including continuous integration and automated deployment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical product management or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Appian platform (or similar platforms like Camunda).
• Strong proficiency in backlog management, requirements elicitation, and roadmap planning.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum product ownership and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in project management.
• Experience with process mapping, stakeholder management, and user story writing.
• Experience in testing/UAT coordination and market research analysis.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Institute, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
• Background in Financial Services or function-specific industry experience.
