Technical Product Manager, Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for technical products supporting collateral and margin lifecycle management.
• Participate in the design and continuous improvement of technical solutions for bilateral and cleared derivatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best practices that enhance the client experience.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues and drive necessary escalations.
• Define and analyze technical markets to develop detailed product features, requirements, and implementation plans.
• Employ qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve user experience.
• Participate in engineering practices including development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Minimum of five years of related work experience.
• Deep understanding of investment operations and collateral management processes, systems, and workflows.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree.
• Two years of experience leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects.
