Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a clear product vision and strategy for the automation platform
• Create and manage a prioritized product roadmap based on user feedback and market research
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure platform success
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify innovation opportunities
• Work with engineering and operations to gather and document detailed product requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
• Maintain a well-groomed product backlog in Jira
• Act as product owner for Agile development teams, participating in sprint planning and daily stand-ups
• Manage product releases, including release notes and stakeholder communication
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and security

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management or software engineering
• Strong understanding of automation technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
