About the Company

SabPaisa (SRS Live Technologies) is an RBI Authorised Payment Aggregator and a rapidly advancing fintech company. Based in New Delhi, it provides secure, customizable payment solutions including cards, net-banking, UPI, and offline options.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, customers, sales, and support teams
• Act as a bridge between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders
• Manage the product backlog and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive product experiences
• Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales
• Utilize data analytics and user feedback to track KPIs and improve performance
• Oversee project execution, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
• Evaluate build vs. buy capabilities and lead vendor assessment processes

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, and cloud-based products
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Product Management, Scrum, or Agile (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PM/PO)
• Experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle in cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with AI/ML, cloud computing, or DevOps
