Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the Orcrist platform, including Kubernetes foundation, CI/CD, and deployment tooling
• Define product vision, OKRs, and roadmap for developer self-service, installability, and observability
• Run discovery with engineering teams and field operators to create golden paths and releases
• Drive air-gapped packaging, install, and upgrade as first-class product capabilities
• Measure platform health including reliability, time-to-production, CI/CD success, and cost
• Coordinate dependencies across SRE, security, and customer-facing squads for safe, repeatable releases

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management in platform, infrastructure, or developer tools
• Experience with security or compliance scope
• Comfortable with Kubernetes, GitOps delivery, IaC, CI/CD, and observability concepts
• Strong analytics and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with on-prem or air-gapped customer journeys
• Eligible to work in Germany
• Willingness to travel to Berlin for roadmap and team workshops

Preferred Qualifications

• German language proficiency (B1+)
• Experience working with defense or public-sector customers
• Background as an SRE, DevOps, or cloud engineer
• Prior work on internal developer platforms or installable/on-prem software
