Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and management of SharePoint structures and content management systems to securely manage people data documentation.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners to unlock the potential of Business Intelligence (BI) platforms like Domo or Power BI.
• Use enterprise-approved AI tools and emerging technologies to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
• Develop and launch training resources, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, and training videos to enhance user autonomy.
• Design and manage user-friendly intranet sites and information portals for People Analytics customers.
• Assist global Product Owners with product intake, triage, agile ceremonies, and user story refinement.
• Prepare presentations and materials for Product Review calls and roadmap discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g., 4+ years in product analytics or technical product management).
• 2+ years of experience in SharePoint development, configuration, and management.
• 1+ years of experience working in an agile environment using tools such as Jira or Rally.
• Technical experience with business analytics or BI platforms.
• Proven experience creating and delivering training programs, user guides, or SOPs.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in People Analytics, HR technology, or talent analytics environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem automation tools like Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical projects within global teams.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
