Technical Product Manager, Learning Science

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for learning products, aligning technology with educational goals and learning science principles
• Translate learning science research and user insights into product features
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, content, and research
• Use data analytics and learning metrics to validate hypotheses and guide product decisions
• Deeply understand educators and students to advocate for their needs throughout the product lifecycle
• Prioritize features and manage the product backlog with a focus on learning efficacy

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience (Mid-Level) or 5+ years (Senior) in product management, data analysis, or related roles in education or growth tech
• Proven experience managing telemetry systems and analyzing large datasets
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience working with databases and data warehousing concepts
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in education as an instructional designer or classroom educator
• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques
• Experience in a live operations environment focusing on monetization and optimization
